Whoa, a really good week for the Challenge. Some important milestones were reached this week. This week's Biggest Loser Jay Keller and Runner Up Tom Moore both hit the 50 pounds lost mark, an incredible achievement for both of them. Our other runner up was Dan Peterson, who is halfway to his goal. A Very Honorable Mentions to Laura Voorhis, who is closing on Jay and Tom very quickly. These four Losers are an inspiration to us all! Congratulations to the Blue Team for winning this week's team challenge.

The week-end proved to be a bad diet week-end. Up 2! However, I did reach a milestone in the gym. Both Sat and Sunday morning I went 5miles = 10 miles for the two days. I usually just do 15min. miles. I pushed a little harder and am glad I did! Also kicked most of the weight amounts I lift.

I am a "Fatlete" with good "Fatletic" ability. I have coined these words, but feel free to use the if you please!

Holding pattern for me this week. None lost or gained. Pretty good considering 2 graduation parties and Fathers day breakfast & dinner (they spoiled me) this week.

Greetings!

-1 lb. this week, I think..... (yes, there's a story here

)

I'm currently at Kaufman Acoustic Kamp

& weighing on a different scale than usual. The scale in the health center seems professional & accurately balanced. However, if that weight is correct, I consider it a miracle

, given how much beer & wine I've consumed in the past week.

The cafeteria food is not all that appealing,

so I've been eating lots of salads & steamed veggies

and avoiding the dessert bar.

Plus, I've been walking lots & have not been snacking.

So, maybe I have balanced the excess beer & wine calories with less calories from mediocre meals. We'll know better when I get home & back to my regular scale.
