Lost 0.2 lbs this week. Not much, but the first I've lost since stalling. With only 2 months left I'm going to have to work harder.

I got on the scale at the gym this morning after my first real workout in two weeks and came in at 191.5lb!

So, I'm updating this week's weigh-in from "no change" to "down 2lb". That gives me a 0.5 cushion for the next week

I'm getting very close to the weight I was at in late 1994 ....now, where did I put those 33" waist pants?

Wow, what a great week for the Unofficial MartinFest Biggest Loser Challenge. We finally broke through the 500 pound lost mark!

I lost the pound I gained last week, but I think there's a little mixup somewhere. Based on my current vs. starting weight I'm down 21. (I'm actually down 46 from my real starting date of November 1.)
