-2 lbs. doing Weight Watchers. (portion & food selection control via counting "points") Not too bad, considering I'm nursing a blown knee & am hard-pressed to walk, let alone exercise.

After a week in a Puerto Rican resort with buffet lunches and banquet food I can report NADA, zippo, zilch, bupkus...

I think it means picking up your fork and then putting it down again. Or maybe it means wiggling the fingers, such as when typing. Hey! I'm doing some now!

Oh Jack, I would give anything to be home again with all the rich foods. What part are you in San Juan or Ponce? I was born in Ponce and I know that roughly 4 or 5 years ago they put in a Marriott with Golf course. I grew up in the circle community next to it. Anyways enjoy all the foods for you will certainly sweat it out with the heat. The only thing that really sticks to you is alcohol so have the rum instead. Try Ron Cañita Cura'o, Ron del Barrilito, Ron Llave, Palo Viejo, and some Bacardi (of course). You will be surprised at the cheap prices there for the Rum.

Also congrats at staying even with no weight gain!!!

Good Tuesday Morning,

Congratulations to everyone on a great start. We haven't heard from a few, and I can add those as reported, hopefully today. As it stands, the Green Team is looking to be the Biggest Loser Team this week, and yours truly is the overall Biggest Loser, with a close second for runner up David Kraut! Honorable Mention to Ron Peterson.

Here's hoping that with the later reports we'll top a 100 pound weight loss in the first week, fully one tenth of our overall goal. Great going!

Sorry to be late. I spent all last week home sick. Didn't even look at the treadmill let alone use it. Down a measly 1 lb. Mostly because I was too sick to eat. Good thing this event is more a marathon than a sprint.
