brazilian vs. east indian rosewood?
i noticed on the d-28's they changed over. this is due to a shortage of brazilian correct???? does the indian rosewood sound just as good? look just as good? Why is brazilian more expensive? Is it because that the guitars are no longer made by it and the guitars that have it are older? Or is it because it is a better quality wood? I've been wondering this. Are todays D-28's just as good sounding as one made in.... 1968 when they had brazilian?
