Filed under "I'm going to regret this," I offer up this stellar example of the collectible and no longer made 855 12 string made famous by Neil Young's early adoption of this model. This is near mint with very few signs of honest play wear (light pickwear on the pickguard.) Full, gorgeous symphonic sound even with light strings tuned to concert pitch. Put heaver gauge strings on and it growls! I have to admit I am not much of a Taylor fan except for their 12 strings, which share the ridiculously easy play charactoristics of other Taylors but with superb sound to match. Buyer pays shipping and Paypal fees as applicable.
I have a D-28 conversion I need to pay for so I am offering this baby up (sniffle, sniffle.)

-premium Sitka spruce top with silking forever
-Black ebony fingerboard and bridge
-800 series bling, bound neck, abalone pearl, etc.
-Gold Grover tuners
-Original "pink poodle" case
Vintage Guitar 2011 price guide indicates a range of $1,900-$2,300 for excellent condition so I am listing at $2,095.
