Some of these D-28, D-21 and D-35 guitars have nice straight quarter-sawn BRW , so I'm wondering if a good example of a 60's BRW Martin is worth holding for a few more years.
I have a nice clean original, good-sounding 1967 D-28 and I rarely play it any more. Is it likely to be an appreciating asset?

I'd be interested to hear any informed opinions on where the value of this guitar might be headed in future years?
