No change for me. I had my annual physical this morning and everything was as good as it can be. We're tinkering with some generic BP meds so he wants to see me again in January to make sure they are working, which should serve as a GREAT deterrent to adding holiday poundage.

+1lb for me this week.

I must have done something "very bad" since, according to my workout computer, I burned more than 3500 calories in the gym this past 7 days!!!

Rhys, I go in for my physical tomorrow and will get my annual bloodwork results. Last year I was o.k. overall, but my HDL was on the low side.

I'm hoping for an improvement after this past 6 months of effort!

no change this week, but am doing O.K. need to get some bloodwork soon, though more for a thyroid check. The wife and I keep close watch on our BP's yeterday, hers was 102/58, and mine was 108/62. we check it a couple of times a week and this is pretty typical for us.

I'm sure your physical will be a good one. My prediction is that your HDL number is much improved. I used to take meds for that...no more.

Rick...those are some numbers, yikes! I may have had those kinds of readings in grade school.
