Thanks to everyone who has volunteered to help look after our precious Martins during the Martin on Main
event on Saturday, 8/1.
Here's the preliminary schedule. Please feel free to exchange places - just let me know. I will endeavor to avoid scheduling Guitar Guards who are also
volunteers for the Open Mike close to their time slot. Some of the slots have only one guard.

The guitars (and other personal effects if desired) will be stored in a large closet across from the Chapel on the ground floor of the Nazareth Moravian Church. The Guitar Guards will have the key to the room and special ball caps. The key and cap are to be passed on to the next Guitar Guard when they report for their tour. Please note your time so that the Guitar Guards ahead of you can complete their tour on time.
There will be a box of tags and a login/out sheet in the storage room. The tags should be numbered consecutively in pairs, so that one tag goes with the guitar and the other tag with the same number is given to the individual. The login sheets will have tag number, name, description, and boxes for the individual to initial the login and logout of their item.
Other than at rush hour, Guitar Guards do not have to post themselves at the closet door. Come out an enjoy the fun, but stay near the church and the UMGF Admin tent so that people will be able to find you, including your relief. I will post a roster of Guitar Guards on the closet door and will have a copy in the Admin tent.
Hopefully all guitars will be out of the church by 6:15. Any strays will be taken to the Comfort Inn.
