Well we seem to be going in the wrong direction, between last week and this week, we have gained 5 lbs. not good, and Ron say it ani't so, not coming to
Nazfest. That can't be.

No change, which is a dissapointment. However, my exercise schedule is way off (for assorted reasons). I've been lap swimming 1-2 miles four or five times
a week. last week I could only get to the pool once.
