This was a WONDERFUL idea and you deserve major kudos for getting this started and keeping it going. While I didn't participate on a team, it helped motivate me to lose 12 pounds.

Let's do this again for 2010!

I think all the participants here should take Rhys out to a nice dinner of lettuce and carrots, and what the h*ll, splurge on some celery as well.

Thanks for all your efforts and encouragement Rhys...I don't know if I made it clear...but I lost 15 lbs since I joined the black team. (which won't make any difference in the standings)...

You know the Atkins diet...I used the Chet Atkins diet....you just pick at your food.

Wow, what results. After 29 short weeks, we lost approximately 557 pounds as a group.

The Gold Team took top honors with a combined weight loss of 104.5 pounds!
