Bith guitars are set up with Martin 12 54 strings; guitars straight in the mac through Apogee Duet, no effect.

I am still waiting on my 00042VS Custom. I think its on a "cold hold" due to the temperatures in Nazareth preventing shipping to Fl and then to Louisiana.

has anybody here played the Martin 00042 M EC that was released at the beginning of 2008? Do you think it's a real upgrade vs the 00028EC, in terms of tone, playability?
