Elliot capo on a 12 string?

I'm having some capo issues on my 12 String Taylor 355. The fret radius is too flat for my regular Elliot, so the middle strings buzz. I tried a flat radius Paige capo and the high strings on the low E and low A string buzz. With such a small diameter string next to the bigger string the capo does not push the smaller one down far enough. opinion on strings for Guild JF55-12

Any recommendations for strings for my Guild JF55-12 (1994), rosewood and spruce. I like a bright, jangly type of sound for this one. On my six string guitars I try to experiment with different brands and composition, guage. I'm not as adventurous when it comes to the 12 stringer.
Thanks for any thoughts. I know it's a personal preference, but I like to hear about your experiences.

Just curious really. They've been out since 2007, and I have yet to see one. Originally I wanted to try one out since I liked my S12+ so much, but then I quit looking, as I found a great deal on a Martin D12-28.

Guild F412 Strap Button

I was looking at this Guild 12 String but do not recall seeing a strap button on the side of the guitar like this. Did this come from the factory like this? Is this common with Guilds?

Taylor Leo Kottke model - opinions / tuning / string gauge ?

Recently, my urge to own a 12-string again has increased, fuelled by seeing clips of Neil Young play his great early 12-string Taylor.
I have read a few posts about the Taylor Leo Kottke model, and noticed it is delivered with heavy strings to be played tuned down. I would assume it can handle light strings with standard tuning, without a considerable loss of tone ?

I am looking at a mid-90s model, any thoughts ?

Which one do you prefer, and what guitar do you use it on? For my J12-40, the Shubb 12-string capo is the best I've found to date, but the thicker neck of my 1978 Guild F212XL needs something else, though not sure what.

Case for D12-20

The case i have with guitar is the old blue 70's Martin hard shell, never liked the way it fit, very tight. Is this the wrong case for a 12 fret dread? If it is, what should i be looking for to replace it?
